Land
ships all orders within eight weeks of the date of your order.
Shipping time may vary due to the availability of the merchandise and our
production schedule.
If you have placed an order at
a trunk show, all orders from one trunk show are not necessarily shipped at the
same time.
Sale items are shipped within 2 weeks.
The
Storehouse
All orders are shipped within 3
to 5 business days. Should an item
be on back-order or no longer available, a Rags Land Customer Service
Representative will contact you directly.
Orders with monograms may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Please Note:
If you order items from both the Spring 2004 Collection and The Storehouse,
the order will not ship separately, and may take up to 8 weeks for
delivery.
Exchanges
You may return most items sold by ragsland.com
within 21 days of shipment for a full refund excluding shipping and handling
charges. We cannot accept
returns of items including: any item returned more than 21 days after delivery,
any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap), any item that is
not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, any item that is
personalized or monogrammed. You will be notified by customer service if one of
your items is unavailable. When exchanging or returning merchandise, simply
complete the Exchange Form
and enclose it with your shipment. Be sure to use insured mail or UPS. You can
expect your exchange within 2 weeks from the date we receive it at
Rags

Monograms
Monograms are available online for the Storehouse
only. Monograms for the Collection are offered
through Representatives or by calling Rags Land Customer Service (800 589
5085). For those who have purchased monogrammed garments, the following
policies apply. Should you notice faint blue marks on your garment, it is probably a water-soluble marker used while monogramming your garment. Although we remove these marks before shipping, the disappearing blue ink can sometimes reappear. Gently dab the spot with a damp cloth and it should come right out. Be sure not to use detergent or iron the mark. Sorry, absolutely no exchanges or refunds for monogrammed or personalized items.
Privacy
Rags Land's mailing list is used for Rags Land only. It will never be sold and will only be used for Rags Land Email, Catalog and Postcard mailings.
Security
Rags Land is secured with GeoTrust's True BusinessID utilizing the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications (e.g. credit card numbers) between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure when the SSL session is activated.
