Enjoy the convenience of shopping at ragsland.com anytime day or night. Registering with Rags Land saves you time! Online ordering is straightforward and easy: simply make your selections, click the Add to Cart button from any product page on our site and then follow the subsequent instructions. Create an account and your contact information will be saved. Donít worry, your information is secure with us! We do not save your credit card information to your account when you register. We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, PayPal and Gift Certificates. At this time, we do not accept money orders or personal checks.

Due to the custom nature of the merchandise featured on ragsland.com, your credit card will be charged at the time your order is entered into our processing system.

CAN I RECEIVE A CATALOG?
At this time Rags Land does not have a traditional printed catalog available for distribution. You may browse our website to view our current collections of apparel, accessories, gifts and toys from newborn to size 12. New merchandise is added monthly, so visit often.

YOUR SHOPPING CART
Shop our New Arrivals, the Collection, Seasonal Favorites, the Storehouse and the Outlet and only check out once. The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, select colors and monogram options and change quantities. The items in your shopping cart will be automatically saved for 60 minutes. If you return to your cart and find the item(s) have been removed and need assistance placing your order, contact:

ORDERING CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive two (2) email confirmations from us after placing your online order. The first email will confirm receipt of your order. The day your order ships, the second email will be sent with the delivery tracking numbers with quick links to USPS, for online tracking.

SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on orders and handling shipped to a Louisiana address. Shipments to any other states will not be charged tax. Please note, the tax total that appears on your online order is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local tax rates for the Louisiana delivery address of your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Rags Landís garments and accessories are made specifically for each order and are not mass produced. Quality production with attention to detail is the process and the tradition we maintain. Rags Land Garments are custom made to order and will ship within four (4) weeks from the day the order is entered into the Rags Land processing system. We know how excited you will be when you receive your order. The staff at Rags Land makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Monogramming and/or Personalization when available, could take an additional five (5) days.

Occasionally, there are unavoidable situations which result in delivery delays or cancellation of certain items. We will advise you of any back orders or out-of-stock items. Most of our packages ship via USPS. Rags Landís shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. For prompt delivery, please provide a street address with your order.

If you need your order in a hurry, Rags Land offers Expedited Shipping. Please contact Customer Service for arrangements and pricing. Not all items will be available for expedited shipping but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Enjoy $6.99 flat rate shipping everyday at Rags Land. Please note, any merchandise purchased from Ragsland.com could be subject to additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders based on the number of boxes or the size and/or the weight of the item(s). Customer Service will contact you before your card is charged.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Upon receipt of your order, Rags Land recommends you check your order for accuracy, and try on each garment to insure proper style and fit. Rags Land will be happy to accommodate exchanges and/or returns within 21 days of the original shipping date.

Requests for exchanges and/or refunds can only be honored if items are in their original un-worn and un-washed condition. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags, hangers, and vendor packaging intact. Sorry, we cannot accept shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box. All customized, monogrammed, personalized and sale/discounted items are considered final sale.Please choose your selections carefully; socks, tights and bows may not be returned or exhanged.

To expedite your return, please complete the Exchange Form included with your merchandise. Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging including hang tags. Insure your exchange/return and ship via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service to the address shown on the Exchange Form.

Exchanges and returns are processed immediately. You should receive your new merchandise within two weeks of the date we receive the exchange/return at the factory. Refunds will be issued in their original form of payment for the price paid. A check will be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit. Shipping charges including tax paid for shipping the order are nonrefundable. You can expect your check refund to arrive in three (3) weeks. Credit Card refunds appear in your next billing cycle and could take up to thirty (30) days.

Please note, if you would like to return a gift, we are unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Rags Land gift certificate or exchange by indicating the item was a gift. Please be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Rags Land.

CUSTOM DESIGNED/PERSONALIZED ORDERS
All custom designed/personalized orders and other made-to-order items should be given careful consideration before placing the order. Once an order is entered into our Order Processing System, it cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Most orders are placed into production and/or submitted to the appropriate vendor within 24 hours. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom designed/personalized orders unless it is our error.

MONOGRAMS
Monograms are available online as shown for each product. If monograms are not listed for a product that product can not be monogrammed. Sorry, absolutely no exchanges or refunds for customized (embroidered/monogrammed) items.

Monograms are available only as shown. Thread colors will vary with fabric colors. Names or initials may not be interchanged or deleted. Monogram names are limited to nine letters. Diagonal monogram styles are limited to eight letters.

When ordering monograms, be sure to clearly enter your name or initials in the space provided. Names will be monogrammed exactly as they are entered on the order form. The three letter initials should be entered in the order of first, middle, last name regardless of the monogram style.

For those who have purchased monogrammed garments, should you notice faint blue marks on your garment, it is most probably a water-soluble marker used while monogramming your garment. Although we remove these marks before shipping, the disappearing blue ink can sometimes reappear. Gently dab the spot with a damp cloth and it should come right out. Be sure not to use detergent or iron the mark.

SALE PURCHASES
Due to the high popularity and great value of sale styles, availability is not guaranteed. If a style you order becomes sold out, you will receive a notification via email. Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise. Sale Merchandise is considered final sale. Please choose your selections carefully, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale/discounted merchandise.

COUPONS & PROMOTIONS
Coupons and all promotional discounts can be used on multi-buys. Yes, you can use a coupon more than once. Coupons cannot be used in combination on one order. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order. Coupons and promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and at times some exclusions may apply.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Requests for a one-time price adjustment will be honored on merchandise purchased online at full price and marked down seven (7) days from the original order date.

To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, please send an email to customerservice@ragsland.com within the seven (7) day window. Be sure to include your order number in your email message. If your order qualifies, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

The adjustment policy is only applicable for online orders. Please note that items purchased on ragsland.com with Promotional discounts or at our Baton Rouge Outlet Store are not eligible for price adjustments.

PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Although every effort has been made to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the display of colors of the products will depend on the monitor of the user. Rags Land cannot guarantee that the userís monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Rags Land is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

PRIVACY
Rags Land's mailing list is used for Rags Land only. It will never be sold and will only be used for Rags Land Email, Catalog and Postcard mailings.
